Organisational Behaviour - I (HR101)

This course introduces the students to the field of Organisational Behaviour. It attempts to examine OB at the individual, group and organisational levels. It also attempts to link theory with practice by emphasising learning at both cognitive and experiential levels.

The course provides a comprehensive guideline to the different concepts, procedures and practices of accounting. An adequate coverage of theory and finding solutions to problems form the core aspect of this course.
